Shipping Policy
Delivery Time
Most orders are filled and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. We use Royal Mail as our primary delivery service; however other carriers (i.e., DHL, many common carriers, etc.) may be used if appropriate for a particular order.

Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier or you choosed Signed For delivery service at checkout, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that all orders using our Free Delivery (by 1st Class Royal Mail) will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Our standard shipping rates:

UK - 1st Class - Free for all orders
UK - Signed For - £0.70
UK - Special Next Day Delivery - £6.50

EU - Standard Postage - from £0.90
EU - Royal Mail Small Packet - from £1.57
EU - International Signed For - please ask

ROW - Standard Airmail Postage - from £0.90
ROW - Royal Mail Small Packet - from £1.90
ROW - International Signed For - please ask

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
